Your tasks:

What you should bring:

Successfully completed training as an electronics technician or comparable qualifications
Ability to work in a team and reliability
Experience with SMD soldering techniques
Experience in the use of standard measuring equipment
Good knowledge of PC and Office applications

1st Level Customer Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Acceptance and processing of customer inquiries
Problem identification, error analysis and problem solving via ticket system, e-mail and telephone
Independent processing of technical and application-specific inquiries
Project work in the context of system conversions and migrations

What you should bring / Your qualifications:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker/in bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikationen im Elektronik-Handwerk
Ability to work in a team and reliability
